Terms Of Service
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
I. All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.II. Payment is done either upfront or after I start a rough sketch (Trough VGen it's done exclusively upfront). You will be messaged when your Waitlist turn is about to come up, and you may chose to continue with taking the slot, pushing it further or canceling if the payment was not sentyet.
Do not send any payment that was not yet agreed upon or before I agreed about receiving the money (This applies to commissions that are way further in the Waitlist. Wait for your turn. I may make rare exceptions if discussed.)III. You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades.Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.IV. I can make the choice to refuse a commission if the behaviour towards me is rude, aggressive, unreasonable or making me uncomfortable. Please be decent.
That also includes being pushy about topics I do not want to approach with my art (as stated in my Will do/Won't do sections on my commission page) and/or being pushy about lowering my prices.
